Adidas, a leading multinational sports apparel brand, has entered into a partnership with the Philippine women’s football team to become the official outfitter for the team for the next four years. This includes not only the senior team participating in the FIFA Women’s World Cup but also the youth teams.

The collaboration was formalised with the signing of an agreement between the Philippine Football Federation secretary-general Ed Gastanes and the Adidas Philippines general manager Anthony Frangos at the New World Makati Hotel in the Philippines.

Adidas has entered into a partnership with the Philippine women’s football team to become the official outfitter for the team for the next four years. This includes not only the senior team participating in the FIFA Women’s World Cup but also the youth teams. The official kit for the Filipinas’ FIFA Women’s World Cup campaign will be revealed in May.

Anthony Frangos expressed his excitement about the partnership, stating that Adidas is honoured to work with the Philippine women’s football team. “In everything we do as a brand, we have always drawn inspiration from the saying ‘Impossible is nothing,’ and it is very clear how the national women’s football team has also brought this to life,” Frangos was quoted as saying by local news reports.

Jeff Cheng, the Filipinas team manager, was also present at the event and expressed his gratitude for having Adidas as the official kit supplier. He said that the partnership is a significant milestone for the Philippine women’s national football team as they prepare to participate in their first-ever FIFA World Cup.

The official kit for the Filipinas’ FIFA Women’s World Cup campaign will be revealed in May, just in time for their participation in the Southeast Asian Games. However, the team will start wearing Adidas jerseys as early as next week when they play in the Pinatar Cup in Spain.
