The expert recommends, “Ask your parents to adhere to healthy lifestyle habits like eating nutritious food, eating nutritious food, exercising regularly, and avoiding unhealthy habits such as excessive drinking or smoking.” You should also suggest them these tips to prevent obesity in old age.
