In her “Recipe for the week” series, Karachiwala shared a “Bootylicious” workout that will help you strengthen the part that the industry is most obsessed about “Glutes aka Booty.” In the caption, the fitness coach wrote, “To feel a stronger burn, I’m using dumbbells. Don’t worry if you don’t have any.. this workout will burn your booty anyways.”
5 butt workout moves by Yasmin Karachiwala
1. Sumo deadlift – 20 reps
Yasmin started the workout routine with a sumo deadlift, which is generally more challenging for your lower back and spine. Sumo deadlift puts less strain on the lower back, especially beneficial for those who experience lower back tightness. Moreover, it helps improve your posture and helps deal with muscle weaknesses.
2. Bent knee glute kickback – 15 reps on each side
It is one of the best exercises to help you tone, tighten and strengthen your butt. Adding weight makes the exercise more challenging. While people with knee problems can perform the exercise, you should consult your doctor and professional trainer before incorporating it into your workout regimen.
3. Single Leg bridge – 15 reps on each side
An excellent toning exercise, single leg bridge is great for your glutes as well as your abs. It helps strengthen the core and stabilize your spine.
4. Forward Lunge and Back Kick – 10 reps on each side
This exercise is the much-needed cardio boost you need when you exercise. Not only does it tone your legs and glutes, but it also helps improve flexibility, stability and lose weight. Plus, it helps tone the abs as well.
5. Side kneeling kick – 10 reps on each side
It works on all the major muscle groups, especially the glutes, quads and outer thighs. Side kneeling kicks also engage the core and improve balance, and coordination.

- The exercises are a part of a circuit so no rest between exercises
- However, you can rest for 60 seconds after completing each round
