UK’s Apparel Brands Ltd acquires Nicce, expands portfolio

UK’s Apparel Brands Ltd has announced the acquisition of East-London-based streetwear brand Nicce. The move is aimed at diversifying Apparel Brands’ portfolio and bringing Nicce on board to support strategic priorities, particularly around choice and premiumisation. Apparel Brands will take on the license for Nicce clothing across wholesale and e-commerce.

Nicce, with the support and guidance of Apparel Brands, will focus on strengthening its Wholesale business and accelerating e-commerce and international growth, Apparel Brands said in a LinkedIn post.

The license for Nicce clothing will be taken over by Apparel Brands across wholesale and e-commerce channels.
Nicce will benefit from Apparel Brands, with a focus on strengthening its wholesale business.

With Nicce becoming part of Apparel Brands, we will embed it within an established global operation with investment behind scale in supply chain and the ability to reach new markets.”
