UK’s Apparel Brands Ltd has announced the acquisition of East-London-based streetwear brand Nicce. The move is aimed at diversifying Apparel Brands’ portfolio and bringing Nicce on board to support strategic priorities, particularly around choice and premiumisation. Apparel Brands will take on the license for Nicce clothing across wholesale and e-commerce.

Nicce, with the support and guidance of Apparel Brands, will focus on strengthening its Wholesale business and accelerating e-commerce and international growth, Apparel Brands said in a LinkedIn post.
