A survey, which was jointly carried out by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing and e-commerce giant JD.com, calculated the index. China’s e-commerce logistics index for August 2022 stood at 104.2 points, which is a decrease of 2.2 points from that of July 2022 owning to a rise in COVID-19 cases. However, the survey expects a positive outlook for the index in September 2022, as the reopening of schools in the coming days may create a conducive environment for the e-commerce logistics industry.
