India’s Department of Commerce has developed the National Import-Export Record for Yearly Analysis of Trade (NIRYAT) portal—a real-time online monitoring system—to supplement the offline monitoring of export performance. NIRYAT, which was launched in June 2022, covers 200 countries/territories by 31 commodity groups via a digitised data-driven framework.
The portal also displays state/UT wise export performance with respect to 31 commodity groups. It is accessible to government stakeholders (including embassies/HCs/missions) and export promotion councils (EPCs)/commodity boards/authorities, etc through individual login and password, for regular monitoring of the export performance of their respective jurisdictions and to take necessary action, wherever required.
Moreover, the DoC has said that a public portal has been created and is now accessible to all.
